Product Policy: We specialise in hand block-printed textiles. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations may occur, which are characteristic of the artisan process.

Returns & Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds unless there is a genuine issue with the product delivered. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us at hello@jaipurhandloomia.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide details and photographs of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Liability: Jaipur Handloomia is not responsible for damages beyond the scope of our return policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.
